FAQs for the dowloadable presentations

If you have any issues with your download, please have a look at these FAQS before contacting Minds and Hearts.

1. I have just downloaded one of your presentations and I do not seem to have any luck opening it. It comes up as Kodakshare which suggests I need to download special software to read it.

2. I'm using a Mac, is this an issue?

3. I have just purchased a presentation but have been unable to download it after three attempts. Can you help me out please?

4. Do you provide these presentations in any other format such as a DVD?

5. Could you please let me know before I follow the link whether the purchase fee enables me to save the file and view more than once?

6. I just bought the presentation and I'm having problems after I have downloaded it.  It says something like it doesn't recognize the source of the video. I am using Windows 7.

Kodakshare is software to view images. Please open the file in Windows Media Player for PC's or Quicktime for Macs.

Find the file in your DOWNLOADS folder, right click on it and select OPEN WITH. Then choose the player you would like to use.

No, you can use Quicktime to view the presentation.

Three attempts should be enough to download the file, you may have an issue with your internet connection. However, we can reactivate the download for you. Please contact This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. for this to occur.

 

 

4. Do you provide these presentations in any other format such as a DVD?

No, we only have them available in downloads.

The presentations are for downloading and viewing later, they do not stream. You can save the file and view it as many times as you like.

Navigate to the folder DOWNLOADS. Then find the file in there. Right click on the file select OPEN WITH. Then choose Windows Media Player.

Navigate to the folder DOWNLOADS. If you don't know where that is on Windows 7, Go to the 'C:' root, USERS (click on your user folder that you have signed into your computer with, if you have more than one) then DOWNLOADS.

 

 

8. I download the file then it stops half way through.

It could be a number of things such as:

  • your ISP limiting the size of downloads and actively resetting your connection or IP address
  • a poor connection on your wi-fi router to your computer
  • your router at home overheating.

The downloads are streamed which means if a download is interrupted you should be able to pause it and then resume the same download in your browser and pick up where you left off.

9. I am unable to download this on my iPad. Why?

You will need to download an App that can play mp4's on your iPad to receive downloads. Minds and Hearts does not endorse any particular kind of App to view mp4's, however there are many to find in the App store.

 

 

10. Can you please email me the product instead?

Unfortunately Minds and Hearts can not email you the download. These files are too large to be sent by email. The software used streams the downloads which means if a download is interrupted you should be able to pause it and then resume the same download in your browser and pick up where you left off.

 

 

11. What if I don't have a PayPal account?

No problems. After you choose your download, click on the submit button and you will be taken to the PayPal page. You will be given the option to pay with your credit card as shown in the image below.

 

 

12. None of these FAQs apply to me, what shall I do?
