Darcy Malady-Meek
I am a provisional psychologist who works primarily with adolescents and adults. I offer support for a range of concerns including autism, ADHD, mood, alcohol and other drugs, life transitions, trauma, identity, and interpersonal difficulties.
My approach to therapy is grounded in empathy, authenticity, and genuine connection. I believe that you are the expert in your own life, and I will bring my clinical knowledge and practical expertise to collaboratively tailor therapy for your unique goals and context. I draw on evidence-based therapeutic approaches including Schema Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
I graduated with First Class Honours in a Bachelor of Behavioural Science (Psychology) from Queensland University of Technology in 2023. I am currently completing the final year of my Master of Clinical Psychology at Queensland University of Technology.
