Emma Rosington

My role at Minds & Hearts is to support the clinicians, enabling them to provide the best care possible to their clients. I work behind the scenes to ensure that the clinicians have the resources and administrative support they need to focus on their therapeutic work.  

My experience in hospital settings, pathology, and radiology, I have long admired the work of healthcare professionals. I find it rewarding to support them in delivering quality care and enjoys being part of a team that makes a difference in people’s lives.  

I bring patience and creativity to the team. I am known for thinking of new ways to improve processes and enhance efficiency, ensuring that things run smoothly and that clinicians can focus on providing care without unnecessary distractions.  

The most rewarding part of my role is the unique and supportive work environment at Minds & Hearts. I enjoy being my authentic self at work, where I feel supported by my colleagues and surrounded by passionate clinicians and wonderful clients.  

My personal touch is reflected in how I’ve decorated my desk, turning the space into a little extension of home. 

When interacting with clients, I bring a dash of humour, combined with sensitivity and understanding, drawn from my own personal life experiences. Clients can expect to feel at ease and supported during their interactions with me.
