As the Practice Manager, I oversee the day-to-day operations, managing administrative processes, and implementing systems that ensure quality and consistency in services. I create a supportive environment that allows the team to focus on delivering exceptional care. My role also involves supporting the team through professional development, providing direct feedback, and ensuring the team feel valued and supported. For clients, I focus on delivering a seamless experience by leading the administrative team and prioritising efficiency, empathy, and effective communication to ensure each client’s journey is positive.
My leadership style is supportive, collaborative, and growth oriented. I lead by example and foster an environment where team members feel valued and empowered to succeed. I prioritise open communication, transparency, and creating a culture where everyone feels motivated to provide the best care. I view my role as one of service, working alongside the team to remove obstacles and provide the tools they need to thrive.
With 13 years of experience at Minds & Hearts, combined with a background in allied health, I bring invaluable insight into client care, team dynamics, and the operational needs of a multidisciplinary practice. My academic qualifications, including a Bachelor of Health Science and partial study in Behavioural Science, provide me with the skills to effectively oversee the clinic and support both clients and staff.
The most fulfilling aspect of my role is the privilege of supporting a neurodiverse population and collaborating with a dedicated and talented team. I find it rewarding to witness the positive impact the clinic has on clients’ lives, fostering their growth, resilience, and well-being.
One of my personal qualities that team members often notice is her calm and positive attitude. I bring a steady and reassuring presence to the clinic, which helps foster stability and trust in a dynamic and sometimes challenging environment. This quality allows everyone to feel supported, even during busy or stressful times.
