Katrina Chamberlain

I am a clinical psychologist at Minds and Hearts and work across the lifespan. I have a specific passion of working with adolescent mental health presentations. My approach includes compassion, attachment and CBT based approaches. My interest area lies in ADHD, autism, anxiety, interpersonal challenges, navigating major life changes and individuals presenting with emerging psychosis symptoms.

I have been a psychologist for over ten years and have primarily worked within the public mental health setting across health, brain injury, community mental health (early psychosis) and residential mental health settings.

My main therapeutic goal prioritises my clients to feel supported and safe in therapy to explore their life experiences. I believe individuals are the experts of their own lives, and with the right tools and guidance can work towards living a more fulfilled, rich and values driven life.

My qualifications include a Bachelor of Psychological Science (Honours), Master of Clinical Psychology, certification as a Circle of Security Parenting (COSP) facilitator, and am a AHPRA registered board approved clinical supervisor.
